E-2 VISA

The United States celebrates Friendship, Trade and Navigation (FCN) treaties with more than 70 countries to promote free trade and investment between its country and foreign countries. Through an investment of substantial capital, the E-2 Visa is granted, which provides temporary residence valid for 1 year for Mexicans and 5 years for other nationalities. Its renewal is unlimited, as long as the business is complying with the requirements of the visa.

Unlike other types of visa, the E-2 has many advantages:

Spouses and children under the age of 21 can also obtain a visa, can obtain free employment authorization and can even attend school regardless of their nationality.

Requirements:

The investor must develop and run a company in the USA that is real, active and that produces goods or services for profit.

EB-5 VISA

The EB-5 program offers permanent residence to investors and their families through an investment that benefits the economy, creates or maintains jobs. You can invest in a new business or an existing one. Once approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a conditional residence is granted for two years. If it is verified that the investment has been maintained and at least 10 jobs were created, permanent residence (green card) is granted.
